A few practicalities

OUR PRICES ARE BASED ON 2 ADULTS SHARING

Each tent comes with a double bed, 13.5 tog double duvet & all bedding, pillows and cushions.

We can also provide extra bedding for 2 additional guests on 2 single futon chair beds if required with bedding at an additional cost.

The tents are very cosy and fully carpeted with additional rugs and a wood burning stove for heating your tent.

We supply you with a Wood Starter Pack which consists of:

  • a bundle of thin kindling
  • a bag of small log
  • a packet of fire lighters
  • a small box of matches
    (all other wood required during your stay must be purchased from us for insurance purposes, our wood is sourced locally & is cut to size to fit the stoves)

Each tent has cutler, melamine plates, bowls, cups, plastic tumblers and plastic glasses should you wish to eat outside on your picnic table, otherwise we have a fully furnished kitchen with all your cooking and eating requirements in our glamping barn.

Cool-box is also supplied  in a storage box (only to be used outside the tent)

Outside your tent we provide you with a picnic table with parasol, 2 reclining camping chairs to sit and enjoy the amazing view of the surrounding countryside.

Hire private use of the WEBER kettle Charcoal Barbecue

Supplied on a wooden deck with a box of barbecue utensils and a 2kg bag of WEBER briquettes. This is clean and ready for you as is cleaned on your departure – £15.00 (this can be booked prior to or during your stay, only our WEBER briquettes can be used in our barbecues, additional bags can be purchased from us if required at very reasonable prices).


Hire small brazier fire pit

To use outside your tent keeping you warm whilst gazing at the stars at night. Comes with a bag of logs – £10.00 (further bags of logs can be purchased from us at very reasonable prices of £3.00 – £4.00 per bag approx.).


THE GLAMPING BARN

A fully furnished kitchen for cooking & eating consisting of:

  • A 4 ring gas stove & oven & grill, microwave, 4 slice toaster & electric kettle
  • Cooking utensils, pots & pans, cutlery, crockery
  • 2 larder fridges & a small chest freezer (shared)
  • Large Pine dresser & 10 seater farmhouse table & chairs
  • 2 Wooden Kitchen Trolleys for food preparation etc

We also supply: Kitchen Roll, Cling Wrap, Greaseproof Paper, Wooden BBQ Skewers, Kitchen Foil, Food Eco Compost Bags & Bin Bags, Washing Up Liquid, Hand Wash & Anti Bacterial Spray & Cleaners.

PG Tip Tea Bags, Herb Teas, Instant Coffee & Cafetiere Coffee, Sugar & Powdered Milk, Salt & Pepper, Spices & Dried Herbs & Cooking oil !!!

Also in the barn:

Relaxation Area with comfy sofas, chairs & cushions, maps, magazines, leaflets  for places of interest, card & games etc & a digital Radio.  Also we have a large wood burner for chillier/wet days to sit & enjoy Wood can be purchased from us if you wish to use this.

Plenty of sockets for charging your phones and we also have a tall mirror with a hair dryer & straighteners  you are glamping after all !

Outside The Barn:

Picnic Tables & Parasols and a Busbeck Masonry Barbeque which can be used for additional cooking.

Around the Site:

2 Eco Composting Toilets with sinks, luxury toilet roll & luxury handwash & moisturiser

2 Hot Gas Powered Showers, one inside  a building of its own with sink, mirror hot & cold water, luxury shower gel, handwash, shampoo & hand moisturiser & 1 with amazing views of Snowdon still private but with open views.

*We are hoping to install more toilets later on in year*

All our water on site, taps, showers, hot tubs etc comes from our own natural spring, this is triple filtered & UV filtered & is tested by the local authority annually,

 

We have tried to supply you with most things but here are some items you need to bring with you:

  • Windbreak & Mallet (it can get windy, so if you want to sit out you may need one. Or you can purchase one from us)
  • Your own towels, robes & tea towels.
  • Sensible Shoes i.e wellies, walking boots, trainers as these will be needed around the site.
  • Torch is a must and spare batteries (don’t just rely on your mobile phone torch !)
  • Slippers/thick socks for wearing inside your tent (as no outdoors shoes in tents as carpeted)
  • Tea light & candles we have some holders if you would like to use these outside your tent only
  • Hot Water Bottle
  • Blankets
  • Suncream & Insect Repellent
  • Food & Drink
